We now provide 5 years warranty with our equipment and have two service plans (standard or premium) to choose from based on your usage.

There has been significant uncertainty in the market with the closure of endoscopy companies in the USA and France, such as Steris and Optomed. This is partly due to the costs associated with supporting endoscopy equipment in terms of loaners, parts, and skilled labour. 

We are committed to the veterinary market for the long term and as such are offering a 5 year warranty with all new products.
